I usually use Netscape or mail at my ISP to receive or send emails, but noticed when I use Outlook 5.0.6 that the spell checkie thing doesn't work or is even lit up when I open up 'preferences'. Any solutions besides not using Outlook?
I'm also getting some pop up junk from Netscape about some survey which crashes my internet connect when I don't fill out the info. I've been avoiding this somewhat by dumping the cache and deleting their cookies. Any info on this problem?

Try using Eudora, a much better email client than Outlook and Netscape's mail feature.

I think outlook express might use MS Office's spell checker..i noticed it was disabled after i had uninstalled office98.. Is the popup a netscape popup..if so, and you're using netscape 7x, it's likely the quality assurance survey..you can disable it..i don't remember where exactly, but when it shows up there is a selection for that..doesn't do to use netscape.com as your homepage tho, or it'll keep reappearing..try google..crash free zone!
