outlook express - disk is full

i've got him to delete all the emails he doesn't need but it still isn't enough

OK, quick lesson in posting here:
When the post form asks for OS/CPU/RAM/etc, put in the information FROM THE COMPUTER IN QUESTION. Not what's on your desk. Not what your mom has at home. THE ONE WITH THE PROBLEM.
