outlook express - disk is full

Comment:

one of the editors at my work cant receive
anymore emails, it says the disk is full

i've got him to delete all the emails he
doesn't need but it still isn't enough

what can i do to resolve this?

OK, quick lesson in posting here:

When the post form asks for OS/CPU/RAM/etc, put in the information FROM THE COMPUTER IN QUESTION. Not what's on your desk. Not what your mom has at home. THE ONE WITH THE PROBLEM.

Now, it's running 9.1. Is there any other information, or am I going to have to get out my crystal ball?

Is the disk actually full?

Did he empty the Trash?
