Outlook Express 5 crashes my Mac

For the last year I have been using Outlook Express 5.0.2 on my G4 cube with OS 9.1 with no problem. I recently installed the game Black and White and within 3 days, my Mac started to crash everytime I opened OLE. I have removed Black and White and all extensions etc. connected with the game, but still the computer crashes and I keep getting error 2 and 3 codes. I installed OLE 4 -after removing 5 and its various extensions and OLE 4 works without a problem. Can anyone help, please?
