Outlook 8.2.2 not working

When I try opening outlook, I get the password screen and then nothing happens. I've tried deleting and recreating the profile, uninstalling and reinstalling Oulook 8.2.2 and still the problem persists. Has anyone had this problem and found a solution?

Too many fonts will cause this problem... We have the same problem here

make sure the InternetConfig extension is enabled and that will fix the problem

I have a slightly different problem. When clicking on the compose new message icon outlook 8.2 will flicker then fade out as if another screen opened but nothing opens. Then if you click on the Windows tab it shows new message but yet there isn't one. Any suggestions?
