After upgrading to OSX my imac DV400se (slot load) has lost all high resos. I can only use 640x480. Other resos just start shaking & go into a spin, making it nearly impossible to get back to 640x480. Pram reset & firmwear no help, I removed OSX, reinit the HD, installed 9.2.1. SAME PROBLEM! Another coincidence? I doubt it! Out of waranty, tech says logic board replacement ($300)....for $200 more i can buy the same machine new in box on eBay! Wassup with this OSX? I'm affraid the BLUE SCREEN OF DEATH (PC's) is gonna show up on my screen next!
