Are there any "special issues" that are known problems when connecting to roadrunner cable with osx?
Using integrated ethernet port in the side of titanium laptop.

Make sure the cable modem is on and all lights
are on before you try to connect with the laptop.
Once the modem is up then connect using DHCP
and off you go. I love it.

hm. i just installed jaguar on my TiBook;
tried to install the roadrunner software but
got an error message because my
system software didn't recognize the
classic application.

so here i go to install 9.2 on a partition.

update:
roadrunner works just fine on 10.2!

forget the roadrunner cd. just unplug your
modem, let it sit for, oh, 30 seconds or
so, restart your mac, plug in the modem,
wait for the appropriate lights to be
appropriate...and that's it!

and it's nice and fast.
