Hello,
I'm wanting to upgrade to OS X. I already have OS 9.1. Does anyone know of where I can get just the OS X CD and not have to buy OS 9.1 with it? I checked ebay and it seems the OS X CD (not the 10.1 upgrade CD) is getting hard to come by.
Thanks.

Mac OS X comes with Mac OS 9.2.1. Apple isn't charging you for 9.2.1; they're charging you for OS X. If you want to sell your copy of 9.2.1 (which I don't advise doing, but if you have a 9.1 CD you can get away with it), and the licence agreement permits this, then you're free to do so.
