My G4 is about three months old and sometimes
when it has been asleep and i wake it the screen is
filled with vertical stripes and the os has seized.
Unplugging and restarting is the only way out of this
psycho screen. Any clues would be appreciated.

Alex,

You've got some kind of LCD display unit
attached - haven't you?

Try adjusting your display's screen refresh rate -
up or down a few Hertz.

cheers

No LCD but I do have two regular CRT screens. I'll try
the refresh rate. Thanks.
