OS 9.2 won't allow Control C!

I am trying to upgrade to OS 9.2 from 9.1. I downloaded the system and burned it on to a cd rom. NOW I CAN'T RESTART IT ON by doing congrol C. What should I do? Thanks

Pickle is correct.
The command is just "C". Nothing else.
So - insert your original OS 9.1 CD and restart with just the "C" key on your keyboard down until you see the title: Mac OS 9.1 appear. You can then release your "C" key.
You don't need to boot up off OS 9.2 CD. Just boot up off your OS 9.1 CD and install OS 9.2.1 straight from its Disk Image.
