opening pc files on a mac

i need something so i can open pc files on my mac,for example i can open atachments to e-mails that have come from pc's. thanx

You only need an app that will handle the specific file type that the attachment is. Example: PC dude sends you an EXCEL file, You need Excel for the Mac. PC dude sends you a 'tiff' file, You can use any Mac image editing app that will open tiff files. PC guy sends you a '.exe' file, You laugh and throw it away cause you CAN'T open those so don't waste your time with those.
Summary: At my old work place i used outlook on a pc and created a .pst folder. I have since left there and work on mac's both at work and at home. I was wondering how I can now open this old .pst folder ...
