Hi,
I have downloaded the Novell client for Mac OSX, free month demo. I cannot get it to work. The message I get is "Could not resolve NDS Tree BSC_EDU into a valid network address" it is the correct tree. Have filled in preferences defaults but not advanced settings. Last time I had the client it worked without me doing more than knowing the tree and context.

Try using the IP address of pref server instead of name.
This works on my Novell system whenever a PC can't find
the named server.
Just a thought.
