I have a computer which was running Microsoft Entourage (it's a Mac). The owner decided she didn't want to use Entourage anymore, so she was just going to use web-based Yahoo. The problem is is that none of her new emails are appearing in her Yahoo inbox, but her Entourage can receive them. I have disabled the option for Entourage to delete the emails from the server, but that did not help. Does anyone have any other suggestions? Thanks!

I don't use Yahoo mail but I'm sure it's similar to other web based clients. She needs to log in with her account name and password before mail will come down.

I now use Yahoo mail. ATT is my ISP and they use Yahoo mail. I signed in with my ATT signin and password where I found over 3600 emails....... dups of the stuff I'm getting thru ATT.
She'll have to use the account that she was assigned by Yahoo and password that goes with it.
