Hi a friend has asked me to post a question on his behalf. He wants recommendations on a new monitor for his mac. Below are his specs. He is looking for a top range monitor as he does graphical design. He has one monitor already and would like something to run along side it as a dual monitor setup. plese can you recommend one?

any monitor should work. the ports on the card are DVI but he can use any monitor with adapters. so he can choose frm pretty much any monitor in the world. it pumps out video @ 1920 x 1200 but that card will pump put video higher so the sky's the limit.

Have him go to www.newegg.com for the best deals on monitors.

Awesome thanks for the info, he ended up buying one from apple which was mega expensive but i think he just wanted to be on the safe side. ah well we tried to help.
