New iMac Colors

Thought I would put in an opinion than a tech problem.
Been using PCs (WINTEL Machines) for 7 years There was a time when I was going to change from PC to Mac. Especially the iMac, because it was in my budget at the time. But with all these funky colours and patterns, Apple sure has my thumbs down. I sure wouldn't want something like that in my home. I didn't mind the old solid colours (Lime and Indigo-which is still available, but not with special edition). I would more than likely want to hide the thing. They must be targeting woman and children with iMacs now. They better not start doing this with G4 towers too, or I will never get to, or want own an Apple computer in my life. I emphasize on the idea that Apple should allow more customer choice when it comes to the colors and patterns for every different Mac configuration. Especially if Apple really wants to get PC users to move to Mac.

"They must be targeting woman and children with iMacs now," you say. I say I'm insulted. The logic you used seems to indicate that perhaps you could have said " They must be targeting people of lesser intelligence with the new iMacs now," which based on my experience with Macintoshes I would wholeheartedly agree with.
