1) What is the model number of the printer? 2) Does it have Ethernet port? 3) Are you using a HUB?

General directions:
Install printer driver (usually included on CD with printer) on all computers.
Now, assuming the computers are already networked together (if not, get your friendly network guy to do this step and then go on to the paragraph below)...
Turn on USB Printer Sharing. Use the Mac OS Help if you need to - ask it "how do I share a printer?" and follow the directions.
