if your have the os disk insert and start from it...right before
you install look at the top menu you should see utilities click
on it and browse down to reset password. adios amigo

Reply: (edit)Thank you much, i also found another very helpful way in which you can reset the password and not even need the cd nor know the prior ROOT password. but its all in Unix :( Kenneth Rodulfo
