hey, i bought the dvd 303s at a computer show bare bones. like most of you did. there are a lot of jumpers on the back and of course, no manual to tell me what is set to what. i went to the website suggested by someone for drivers, but, there was no pdf of the manual for the unit to tell about the jumper settings. does anybody know where i can get a copy of it or can anyone scan it and email it to me? i'd be greatful! i just need to know about the jumper config. thanks for your time, help, and consideration!

I recently purchased the above DVD on it is a DVD-303S-A. I am running MACOS 8.6 which I believe has a DVD driver in it. Do I need another extension or driver. Thanks for your help. Chuck Davis

Paul Ridgeway, I tried sending you an e-mail asking about the drivers you said you have. E-mail came back because the address associated with your messages has errors. Are those drivers for Win98? The drivers on Pioneer's web page are for DOS. I'm having some problems playing music CDs on the 303S (no problem with DVDs) and could sure use drivers since none came with the unit when I bought it. Would appreciate a response in this thread. Thanks.

I just got a Pioneer DVD-A04S. When I put a dvd movie in it, it doesn't want to play it. When I run ATI Mulitmedia it says there is no DVD Drive even though the drive shows up in my control panels.

my DVD 303s (ore 303r as win98 detect it as) can change region 5 times, then it locks... then reinstall win98 and i can change 5 times again... please help me finding a solution ... it might be a file I can reset it in ... Thanckyou very much
