my limewire doesn't download

I had limewire for a while, then the songs disaperred. I re-downloaded it and it did the same thing a month later. I tried the same thing and after completing the download it said,"Could not find the application program that created the document named,"LimeWireSoftMC"

Limewire is VERY BAD for macs running on OS-X Limewire makes some low level changes to the unix sub system and file system(so it seems) and can cause either a corrupt system and you'll have to reload the OS, or worse corrupt the HFS filesystem. Seen it too many times, people bring in machines that were running OSX and limewire killed it.
