Hi, a friend of mine is having a problem getting MSN messanger to work. They can log on, but then the screen just goes blank. They are using a Mac. Any ideas?

Im just looking for help, there is no need to be such a a**hole. If you need more specifics just ask. But if you have nothing better to do than sit and look at peoples' posts and ridicule them, then you are pretty pathetic.

I want to up date my MSN messanger but I don't know how to do it. If you could please send me a way I can up date it, I would really appreciate it, because I am really tired of looking @ th@ old screen. Thank you MSN!!!

i dont know why our msn dose not work any more and i was wondering if u can fix it for us.

hello i am having problems with my msn.
1.i can sign in but i cant sign out.
2.i cannot chat to any of my buddies.
3.i cannot ues any of the other servicies, talk, phone e.t.c.
4.it always says,that ........(my buddies screen name)is having network problems and the last few messages my not have been sent, even though i dont and cant send any messages.This all started when i downloaded the new version of msn 4.3 recommended by a friend. Before when i had the old version it worked perfectly.
I have reinstalled everying and installed everything about 20 times to see if that was the problem but it changed nothing it was just the same everytime ( i have "windows 95").I reported this to messanger support several times but not much has been done about it, so I would really apreceate if uyou please e-mail me back a.s.a.p. so as i can get my msn up and running again properly (it has been broken for approx. 3 months so i would really like it fixed!)
