You can't. Access is for Windows only. If you need a database program, use Appleworks' database component,or, File Maker's File Maker Pro.

I read in MacWorld a few years back that Microsoft doesn't make Access for Mac because they believe that the majority of Mac users are not database users. They claim that people get Macs for creative urges, not business urges.
I know. Pissed me off, too.

The only way is running Virtual PC, and then you can.
Summary: Please Help. I have a brand new Dual Gig w/ OSX.2 (Jaguar). Cannot FTP any MS Access 2000 DB's to my web server via FTP, or any DB's in Raw Data format for that matter (Appleworks DB's for example)...
