Do you have Apple Quicktime Player for Windows installed?

If not, download a version from this link:

To play Mpeg 4 you have to running Quicktime 6 on
the PC, so at least you are up to date on that. But if
rendered as Motion Jpeg A it should play.

On the MAC open with Quick time and export the file
as Jpeg A and try it again.

I recomend VLC, Video Lan Client, it is a free program and has played movies that even quicktime stumbled on. I usually convert to mpeg2. It is available for windows as well as mac and linux. Great application.
