Comment: i rendered a few movies on a mac.. OS X i tried every different way i could think of.. even UNCOMPRESSED. i cannot open them on my windows pc no matter what i try.. no software will recognize the files. im desperate for some help here any advice would be appreciated.

Reply: (edit)To play Mpeg 4 you have to running Quicktime 6 on the PC, so at least you are up to date on that. But if rendered as Motion Jpeg A it should play. On the MAC open with Quick time and export the file as Jpeg A and try it again.

Reply: (edit)I recomend VLC, Video Lan Client, it is a free program and has played movies that even quicktime stumbled on. I usually convert to mpeg2. It is available for windows as well as mac and linux. Great application.
