Hello - I'm new to this, & I wondered if any one
would be able to help me please! :D
My screen keeps breaking up into either vertical
or horizontal blocks of colour. Sometimes it fills
the whole screen & other times it pops up where
ever the cursor points. I can use the screen if the
apple at the top right is visible. If I turn it off it is ok
on starting but then creeps in once working.
When it is resting it will freeze on a page saver
with bits of it occupied with these blocks. My son
thinks it maybe the video card. any suggestions
please?

Sounds like your son mite be rite?

Do u have access to Norton utilities for
mac?, cos u can run sysinfo and that will
test ur graphics card for problems.

Try running disk first aid in App/Utilities to
check the HD hasnt gone.
