Comment:

I have saved midi files onto my Win 2000 computer. These play fine on it. However, when I transfer them to my iMac OS9, the icon shows that it thinks they are Wav files and give a message that the files are corrupt and won't play...since they are saved as midi, but it thinks they are wavs.

How can I get around this?

Can you associate an iMac file with a different program like you can in Windows? If so, how?

Thank you,

Ann

Windows Media Player on the Mac probably would help.
