CPU/Ram: 1.25 Ghz and 512 Ram

I had noticed that Microsoft Publisher was not made on
the mac so I was wondering if anyone knew if you could
import a Microsoft Publisher file into IWork and the
opposite. If anyone knows anything, it would be helpful.
