Media Player 9 OSX clear history?

How can I clear the Microsoft Media Player history
(files listed under Flie>Open Recent) in OSX?

As far as I know, the only way is to delete the following
file:

~/Library/Preferences/Windows Media Player Prefs

There is also a "Windows Media Favorites" in the same directory, but this file does not contain the history.
