I'm thinking of buying a Mustek DV3000 (It's real Gadget World stuff - for 100 quid you get a minute solid state (stores data on MMC or SD cards) DV camera to play with - low quality but small and fun) - the product documentation says the mass media is Mac compatible (and also linux and windows.)
Does this mean that, even though there are no drivers for Mac OS X I'll be able to download stuff from it using Image Capture by plugging the data card into a card reader?
iPhoto Help gives the impression that it should work with these cards irrespective of what camera they were used in, but is a bit vague on specifics.
