Should Be able to place that email onto a disk (PC Format), Take it to the PC, Change or put on an extension of .eml, if your machine is set up not to hide known extensions (under Folder Views, View, uncheck "Hide Known File Extensions" Hit Ok, change extension then double click file.)
Another option, which is probably less prone to filesystem oddities, is to upload your messages to an ftp server and redownload them with your PC. Avoid sending them to yourself via email; mail servers tend to f--- up files when you send Mac > PC.
