Hey
I need to repair a Mac for a friend, and i have downloaded the DVD but im now confussed as never owning nor using a Mac, if it requires a serial/key, If so isit like windows were the serial is on the case or how can i get one if one is needed?

no cd key for mac needed..just install

hold the c key down upon boot up, that allows the system to start from disk drive.
