MAC Remote Access

Hi all,
I'm setting up a Powerbook G4 laptop to dial into our Windows 2000 RAS server. I configured TCP/IP on the MAC to connect via PPP and went ahead and set up a remote access dial up using a valid dial up account. However, authentication always fails. I suspect the issue is on the RAS server side, but I guess my question on the MAC side is what format does my username and password have to be in? On a Windows laptop for dialup, I just use >\> and >, which is the same format I'm using for the MAC dialup... anything on the MAC end I need to check?

Never mind guys, I figured it out. For anyone interested, to get everything to work in my situation I had to shut off CHAP authentication on my RAS server.
