I am interested in Mac OS X but now I just want to try it and not buy a g4 or something else-----
Can anybody tell me if it is possible to install Mac OS X on a pentium 3?

Nope, no Mac, no OSX.

Why don't you go down to the local CompUSA or
local Apple store and check out the Macs. The only
way you will be able to use OSX is on a Mac. You can
sit there an play for hours if you want too.
