Is it possible to run Mac OSx on normal desktop pc? If so, that what modification I have to go through?

Macintosh emulation software for the PC. I think the
way it works is by running Mac OS inside a PC app
that emulates a Mac computer. You probably need a
copy of the Mac OS too, and lots of RAM.

There are probably other options too- do a google
search to find them.

You can't install Mac OS directly on a PC. You can
install BSD unix on a PC (BSD underlies the Mac OS X
user interface) , and Apple is rumored to have a
version that is at least somewhat similar to the fully
released version that does run on a PC, but they
depend on hardware sales too much to risk releasing
it for PCs. People argue endlessly about whether they
should release Mac OS X for the PC, but they haven't
and probably won't anytime soon.
