Is anyone interested in having something like this? We are working on putting together some Toughbook similar products that run a Mac OS or a PC OS, customer's choice. Is there even an interest in something like this?

So you going to be running OS X on non mac hardware. If you plan on selling these like for regular business then i would advise against it unless you like getting sued by apple. The biggest legal case like this is Apple versus Psystar.

Just warning you but i like toughbooks

Don't Do it. Listen to jgalty, Google 'psystar'.
It's a world of hurt and it's TOTALLY against Apple's EULA.
You can do it for a personal machine, even though it's illegal but don't sell it or offer a service that does it. DO NOT DO IT!
