Hello, I have a problem solving a printing problem for my client's Mac OS 9.0.4. She can print any application using the HP Deskjet 845c which has been configured using the ethernet port, I even upgraded the driver for HP to 5.3.1, it was 4.2 before. But the problem is she cannot print when using a particular software, which is an application for kids to do drawings, similar I guess to MacPaint. Actually, I have found out she can print with this application, but manually, only after closing several error message boxes "Error loading HP Deksjet Software - 192" Therefore I thought maybe I would update the version, but nothing changed. One last point, the printer is using USB connection. I would really apperciate the help. Thank you in advance.
