I have a colorsync moniter that when the mac turns on and chimes the moniter shows the green power light but no signal. Do you have any ideas how to fix this or why this is happening?

well the moniter was given to me with a powercomputer: powercenter 132 and it has a PC moniter port and when I plug in my PC moniter it the mac works. The mac moniter has is a 15 pin and looks like it would plug into the game port on a PC. On the back of the moniter it says Apple ColorSync 17 (16.1 viewable)it was made in 1997. thanks

Quite honestly, it's probably better to buy a new monitor than to have that one fixed.

That's rather unlikely, especially if your PC monitor works just fine. The two ports are putting out the exact same signal, just in a slightly different physical format.
