Does anyone know where I can get a copy on diskettes of MacOS 6.07 or 6.08? I'm trying to help my parents with their 15 year old Mac LC and I think their system got messsed up. Thanks a lot for any help!

Thank you very much but this Mac system is very unsophisticated; it has no access to the internet. All it has is a disk drive (possibly only low density compatible). Do you know of any way I can purchase the system already on diskettes?

That Mac should run version 7.01 and they come up on Ebay from time to time. Beware that MACs have either a 800k or 1.44mb floppy drive.

Apple still offer downloads of the old OS here:

Though you need a working MAC to create the disks...............
