more info......
but typicallly let us asume windows pdcif your running nt4.0 or 2k server need to add the appletalk protocol
you will need atleast one ntfs partition
go to your server and under (computer management) create a share (and enable mac users for it) on the ntfs partition
goto your mac and if 9.2 or earlier
chooser and enter appropriate data
if mac osx of newer connect to server enter ip
or setup samba and access all windows shares nativly (you will need to know a little about bsd)
if you use teh apple talk and not samba you will need to install the microsoft uam volume software (it will automaticallly prompt you when you log onto the server)
then use the uam software to log onto the share you desire (will prompt for username and pass so will need to know a windows user name and pass with authentication)
printers will show up under chooser as well
if mac os x(not jaquar)
go download the samba utility from apples site and this will allow you to acces the full windows network but if al you want is just one folder and the printers chooser will work fine
jaquar comes with samba utility included
if unfamiliar with bsd and samba (etc)
go to http://www.webmin.com
download webmin for osx
(you will need to log on your system as root and install it)
after install go to web browser
enter httP:// (your ip here) :10000
your ip address and port 10000it will prompt you for username and pass
enter root user and passthis provides a user friendly gui for setting up samba and other bsd apps

DAVE 4.0Allows the mac to wortk and play with PCs
===================================
can't i download the FULL version somewhere, cuz i don't want to spend $149,- for that.. :p

No.
That would be illegal.
The printer can probably be shared by simply installing AppleTalk services on a Win2K Server box if there is one on the network. The cable connection doesn't need any software to be shared.

Ev never mentions that his printers on his PC Network support Appletalk, so it's dumb to assume they do.
What's even dumber is installing Appletalk services on a Windows Server to share a printer over a WAP that isn't capable of bridging Appletalk between it's Wireless and Wired interfaces.
Go with Dave, Ev.
