Mac finally crashed. I purchased a nice PC machine, and need desparately to get the data off of the MAC onto the PC. Thinking I can salvage some SENSITIVE AND IRREPLACEABLE FILE ON THE MAC HARD DRIVE. Can I hook up the MAC hard drive on the PC and just read the data..maybe through a USB port? How do I do this, please...desparate to get these files off this MAC hard drive....
