Hey I have a MAC G4 networked to a NT 4.0 machine and getting a ADSL connection on wanted can i have two Ethernet cards in G4?, I would use a usb ADSL moderm but I am in Australia and Acatel ADSL moderm are only tested for use and i need the ACATEL PRO which is ethernet connection because the USB one by them is only for WINDOZE.

why do you need two ethernet cards in the G4? A firewall/router combination? anyway, the SMC EZnet PCI 10/100 base card works fine in my G4/400

I had the same question about having 2 Ethernet cards in a G4. Just got the G4, and need 2 Ethernet ports--one to use with an adapter to use LocalTalk printers, and one because my company's Internet uses an Ethernet port. My dumb question is: can you even have 2 Ethernet ports? Will 2 ports be recognized?
