Mac Format New Hardrive.

I want to upgrade the hardrive in this mac. Ive got hardrives ranging from. 200MB to 40 Gigs that I can put in it. So can you tell me how big of a hardrive this PowerMacintosh 5250/100 can take and how to format it.

You can put up to a 128GB drive in this machine.
To format, boot from the OS disc by holding the C key down. Then use Disk First Aid in the Utility folder to format.

Also to just let you know this harddrive used to be in there it just got erased somehow. And Ive also had this not showing up problem with many other drives.
