Comment:
Does anyone know what keyboard was either originally shipped with the mac classic or was available at the same time?
I have a classic with an Apple Keyboard II, but im not sure if its original.
Also, does the power button on the keyboard actually do anything on the classic, or is it the SSW version (im using 6.0.8)?

You could order any current keyboard with the Classic, but the one that most often shipped with it was either the original Apple Keyboard or the one you have, the Keyboard II. I can't remember which it was, because I've seen labs full of Classics that had both.
The power key doesn't do anything unless the Mac - not the OS, which is irrelevant - supports soft power.
