I've just bought a mac mIni and am trying to connect it to Tiscali in the UK. Can anyone help? Tiscali have no tech support for Mac. My old machine is a grey G3 which works ok on it. Anyone out there that uses tiscali?? Help!!

Have you tried connecting the broadband modem to the ethernet port on the mini?
If so, what sort of problems are you getting. You will need to check your internet/network settings in system preferences.

I had same problem. You need to go to the website of your modem manufacturer and download drivers for MAC OSX. I did this via a dialup connection to tiscali which connected immediately and actually worked at 52kbps!. Tiscal help desk AND Apple help desk blamed each other! - absolutely useless bunch, I don't know why they bother.
