Long File Names

Every once in a while I need to burn a CD on my PC burner. The files are created on the Mac and have long file names. When I bring these into explorer, it cuts off the names into the 8.3 format. How do I go about preserving the Mac file names?

I also having problem that when I am using explorer in win95 the files showing in 8.3 format e.g. chitragupt.exe is seeing as chitra~1.exe. How can I solve this problem?
