I have OS 10.3, and i have the most recent version of limewire. However, i haven't been able to connect to as many people as i used to be able to. I am usually connected to approx. 100 people, whereas in the OS 9 version of LimeWire, i would connect to MUCH MUCH more people. can i fix that?

If you immediately reboot in OS 9 (or use LimeWire in Classic), do you still see such a difference?
There's a good chance it's a transient sort of thing, but there's also a good chance the OS X version may be intentionally programmed that way.

Is mac satellite (audio galaxy) available for OSX yet? I'm still using OS9.2, but want to swap over pretty soon. But I won't be able to cope without audiogalaxy. nooooooo.

Try versiontracker.com/macosx/ to see.
You people who have become dependent on pirating music are really pathetic.

It's hard when you're a skint ass student... or too embarassed to go and buy Tiffany- I think we're alone now... hehhehe. And it's hard to buy deleted music and limited edition things. Not too pathetic?

Deleted/out-of-print and limited-edition is a whole helluva lot different from the latest "hit" from your favourite "Top 40" station. If the prior two had been the problem, Napster wouldn't have raised such a ruckus.
Besides, for music that's really *worth* getting (live DMB, Counting Crows, Smashing Pumpkins, REM, etc. comes to mind in my case), there are generally alternative ways (read: the bands themselves encourage it).
