Comment:

Occassionally, running LimeWire will do something to my extensions and make subtle changes to the functionality of my ibook. This seems to happen when I "quit" the program, after which I get an error message... the control strip disappears and can't be started ... and the apple menu "SUB MENUE" becomes disabled. I've learned to work with the quirks and restore things when I'm finished running the program, but is there a better solution, or is this just a bug with the program??

I'm gonna go with "Limewire is a piece of junk."

Unfortunately, it's the only real option for Gnutella on Macs.
