I love my Laser Writer II, even if it is a relic. I now have an iMac and OS X and cannot use my Laser Writer except if I function in the classic environment. There has got to be a better way. Suggestions?

The LaserWriter II is a PostScript printer, and as such, should work fine from within OS X. Just use the generic LaserWriter driver.

Any help would be very much appreciated.

My recommendation would be a LocalTalk-to-Ethernet bridge of some sort. You can buy a standalone hardware one on eBay for $20-50, you can buy a new one from Asante or Farallon for about $60, or you can use a Mac that you already have if it meets the requirements of Apple's LocalTalk Bridge software (free from Apple).
