Comment: One of the accounts on this computer is having constant problems with typing: keys are switched (a for q and vice versa), typing a number gets a strange symbol, and even worse, this 'remapping' changes often. I'm not sure how often since we get too annoyed to try them out for very long, but at least once a day. Is this a problem with something downloaded, like a worm? or is someone actively hacking this account, and not others? We have firewall protection, is there anything else we can do? Thanks
