HELP !..I have a brand new IMAC with no additional hardware or software installed. I get randome boot up kernel panic attacks..sometimes a normal boot happens sometimes it freezes at the grey dcreen and sometimes I get a restart message..the behaviour is completely erratic. I have already tried repairing disk permissions, doing a hardware check and rep[air (no probs there) and also done an OS archive and reinstall...but the erratic behaviour continues...please help I am a new MAC user
