HELP !..I have a brand new IMAC with no additional
hardware or software installed. I get randome boot
up kernel panic attacks..sometimes a normal boot
happens sometimes it freezes at the grey dcreen and
sometimes I get a restart message..the behaviour is
completely erratic. I have already tried repairing disk
permissions, doing a hardware check and rep[air (no
probs there) and also done an OS archive and
reinstall...but the erratic behaviour continues...please
help I am a new MAC user

just one of the joys owning a mac... send
it in for repairs, you should have to deal
with that on a new imac.
