junk mail problems

I have an iMac 333MHz- OS 8.6
Trying to put more than one email addy on the junk mail list. This is the first time I've used this.
The first addy went on just fine. When I tried to add another (cut and paste) it would add it at the end of the first addy and of course nothing worked.
I've looked and looked and may be missing something obvious. Can anyone give me *detailed* answer? I've looked on Help, which of course was no help.
