Comment: I'm running Macintosh system 7.5.5, on a 68k Mac, I'm looking for some software for it, what are some good places to download old 68k Mac software? Also, my other question is, does ANYONE know where I can get ahold of a copy of Symantecs Think Pascal?! I've searched for it everywhere, if anyone can find me a copy/email me one, It'd be greatly appreciated!

Reply: (edit)Try these..... http://home.earthlink.net/~gamba2/ http://home.earthlink.net/~gamba2/tidbits.html ftp://macware.erehwon.org/pub/mac/ ftp://ftp.iinet.net.au/pub/macintosh-centro/ ftp://ftp.jagshouse.com/pub/ http://www.mac.org/ ftp://ftp.volftp.mondadori.com/pub/mac/ http://ftp.rediris.es/ftp/software/mac/ http://www.pure-mac.com/ And there's *lots* more..keep in mnd that software doesn't have to be 'old' to run on a 68K mac, nor need it be as limited as many think..for instance... I've got an old Performa PowerPC 5215 that i've replaced the motherboard with an LC 580 68040 instead, because it runs faster, holds three times as much ram, (196 MB) and plays my MP3's better (yes you Can play MP3's on a 68k, at least a '40..look for MpegDec311..no fancy skinnable gui, but it does do playlists and works very well). HTH
