Is there a "diapad" for imac?

I have an imac with OS 8.6
Is there a program like dialpad that will let
me use the mac for longdistance phone calls?

So far the one of the only programs out
there is an internet to internet phone call
called internet phone. phonefree.com is
working on a mac version of internet to
regular phone system
